King Family

We have officially entered rainy season in Seattle...and while I am happy it is here, I am also super bummed because we're now in the season of "should we or shouldn't we have our session?"  If you've worked with me before, you know that more often than not I'll suggest we keep the session because you just never know what the weather is going to be like.  Plus, during this crazy upcoming holiday season, everyone is busy and it is hard to reschedule!

This past weekend is a great example of how we decided to keep a session...even though it was POURING down rain!  I am so grateful that Megan and Stephen asked me to snap a few family photos of them and their downright adorable daughter.  We met at Gasworks Park downtown, which was the perfect location because it has a nice big covered area!  They were such good sports even though we were not able to venture outside, and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with them.  :) 

I wanted to share a few favorites from their session today, given how blustery it is outside.  Here's proof that there is always beauty, no matter how stormy things can get (how's that for deep?  HA!).
