A Year in Photos | 2017

Guys, we made it. December 31st is upon us and we find ourselves on the edge of yet another year, ready to jump right into the unknown of a new year with hopeful hearts.

Simply put, 2017 was a big year for KKP. I documented twice as many weddings as the year prior, and nearly double the number of families as well.

I am overcome with gratitude when reflecting on this year.

Thank you to all of my lovely brides and grooms who invited me to document one of the most important days of their lives. Thank you for trusting me, for welcoming me in, for allowing me to be part of your journey.

Thank you to the families who opened their homes and their hearts and said "Yes!" to photographing those fleeting moments of sweet baby rolls, toddler snuggles, story times and dance parties.

Thanks to everyone who patiently followed me while I walked in circles trying to find the perfect light, even if it meant a few extra steps or doubling back on where we had just come from.

I am thankful for YOU.

Thank you for trusting, believing, laughing, crying, hugging, dancing, singing, joking, reading, playing, resting, and running with me this year. I will be forever grateful for you and am so excited to see what 2018 brings.
